ZKW881corrosion inhibitor fast evaluator adopts the measurement technique combining the theory of electrochemical weak polarization and the measurement technique of electrochemical AC impedance. The electrochemical parameter B can be accurately measured by using weak polarization technique, and theoretical errors caused by parameter B estimation by traditional linear polarization measurement can be avoided; with AC impedance measurement technique and high-frequency region measurement, it can effectively eliminate the effect of solution resistance IR drop, especially applicable to the corrosion environment with higher dielectric resistance.

By adopting four channel techniques, the instrument can evaluate four pharmaceuticals at one time, and directly measure the instantaneous and average values of each pharmaceutical corrosion rate and the variation curve of corrosion rate varying with time. With the curve, we can master the corrosion inhibition effect and the failure process of each pharmaceutical product, so it provides a fast and effective method to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of pharmaceuticals.
